Hi,

I have a problem with expired tickets, i would like to have no button and text when an event is expired, i have check the option on “No” : Event Espresso -> Events -> Templates -> Display Expired Event but some button and text seem to persist.

An exemple at this url : https://www.un-espritzen.fr/yoga-castelnau/cours-collectifs.html#inscription

Look on Mardi 19h45-21h00, there are 3 event, 2 are older and one is open (for test), i have a button who persist for the two older event. And after look to Jeudi 19h30 – 20h45, there are 3 expired sold out event and i have a text who persist.

The event are closed for the season, i have open one event for test on Mardi 19h45-21h00, you can test on this event if you want.

Have you an issue or css code for that ?

Thanks 🙂

Hi there,

That output is not the default output for Event Espresso.

So, may I ask, how are you loading the ticket selectors for each of those sections?

Tickets are loading by shortcode for each tickets.

The ticket selector shortcode? So [ESPRESSO_TICKET_SELECTOR event_id=XXX]?

The ticket selector shortcode will still parse for expired/sold out events, there will be no tickets shown on that shortcode output but the ticket selector will still load with a link to the event.

As it stands there is no CSS we can use to hide that output for older events.
