Need some major help Event wont load checkout page

Hey guys, if someone adds event to cart, then click “Proceed to registration” the page comes up blank. I thought maybe it was my custom plugin so I deactivated it and tried with just event espresso and still getting the error.

I will give privat link in next post. Need urgent help so if I need to get a support token please do let me know.

Hey guys, the support form told me to make a new post here so that we could use it with the priority support token.

All I ask is that any details about my website are marked as private.

I think it might have something to do with Margin left -999. Hope that helps. I dont know how to fix it. But I turned on debug mode and got this message..

Then I also inspected element and when I “unchecked” css that moved the page -999 then I could see the registration form.

Hi Jarred,

Just to clarify, with support tokens you don’t need to create a new forum thread specifically for the support token, the form is asking for a thread you’ve created relating to the issue so we know what we are looking into.

The forums are generally the best place to start with troubleshooting issues and if a support token is needed the thread can be linked to so we know what the token relates to. Without that field, we had used opening up support tokens without any info related to the issue itself.

I’ve merged both of your threads together as they are both related to this same issue and as requested will hold off until you reply with further details 🙂
