Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I can’t figure it out. How can registrants pay for their tickets after they have registered? Is there a way for them to access their purchase/registration to make changes?
By ‘registered’, do you mean registered onto a ticket within your event or registered onto your site?
If the event, did the users register onto a paid ticket to begin with or a free ticket?
You can trigger a payment reminder email within their registration.
Go to Event Espresso -> Registration.
Click on the registration and then click the ‘View Transaction’ button.
There you will find a ‘Send Payment Reminder’ button.
But we’ll need more details on the above to be sure this is what you need.
