I’d like to register families (no matter how large) for a single fee but need to collect the names and ages of the individual family members. All other registration fees are for individuals. How can I set up a family registration that can either add attendees so that we can use a group of questions or is there another way? In EE4, I see no option to add group registrations now that the event is published.
Group registrations are possible in EE4, but on a per ticket basis, so someone can order 1 ticket or 10.
The group booking you have planned isn’t currently possible, as it requires an unknown number of attendees.
I think perhaps the best way to achieve this would be simply to set the ticket and use a required text area question to ask them to list the names and ages of each family member.
Thank you Dean. Is it possible to create the required text area question (that you refer to) ONLY for the family registrant? It seems that questions will appear on the single registrants as well.
Question groups can be assigned for the primary registrant and for additional attendees. This is done on a per-event basis.
You could assign this question to a question group for the additional attendees/registrants and it will be requested for the 2,3,4,etc registrants.
