Event Management Software Features List: |
Hello, Event Espresso 4 can currently meet your needs. I’ll share feedback on the individual requirements below:
PayPal Standard and PayPal Pro are included in the core plugin. PayPal Standard in an offsite payment option that lets you accept PayPal payments. PayPal Pro is an on-site payment option for accepting credit cards.
Registration information from attendees/registrants is stored in your WordPress database so it doesn’t disappear after a specific amount of time.
This is stored on the attendee/registrant record.
There is a registrations CSV report that includes information about the registrant including custom questions that may be collected.
You can enable the personal information group for additional registrants and a name and email will be collected for all registrants/attendees.
We have a variety of payment methods for accepting credit cards. Stripe, Authorizenet, and Braintree are popular options.
This can be done by scheduling the ticket (pricing option) sales date to close 10 days before event.

The event page includes the following information: Event name HTML content could be added through the event description which is available in the event editor. A map for the location for the event is available through the venue information.
There are two ways to get this information: 1a) Go to Event Espresso –> Events and hover over the name of the event and then click on Registrations 1b) For revenue, go to Event Espresso –> Registrations –> Reports 2) A registration CSV report can be generated with information about attendees/registrants and the revenue earned can be view in Event Espresso –> Registrations –> Reports. Thanks Lorenzo! You’ve quickly answered all my questions. However, I made a mistake on number 6. It should read, “Payments received: Credit cards and Checks” |
Hello, A check payment method is included in the core payment method. It will display information for how a registrant/attendee can make their payment. Their registration status will remain as pending payment until you make a note of their payment within the WP dashboard. Were there any other questions that we could help you with? — |
