I’ll break into section down for you.

ORGANIZING PART
Allow organiser of events to publish their own event on the website with predefined forms with specific fields for each event type:
– Sport
– Associative
– Other

Event Espresso does not have pre-defined forms for events, you can create any type of Event you need and use categories for them to be shown on specific sections if you prefer, but EE does not have predefined defaults for events that you can select (you duplicate another event and alter the detaisl, but that’s not the same feature you are requesting)

Allow the event organizers to modify at any moment their events:
– Price
– Displays or picture
– Description of events

Yes this possible with EE. Note that when you change a price you actually archive the original ticket and EE creates a new one, registrations made on the original ticket with the original price keep the same price the registered onto.

Allow organizers to collect on the site at any time a list of participants with relevant information to the selected event types:
– Sporting license number, Federation, Sex, Date of birth, etc ..
– Associative
– Other

You can create any additional custiom questions and assign them to custiom ‘Question groups’ that can be selected on a per event basis.

Allow automatic publishing of participants already registered on the event’s page
example:
– Race Casone
Number of registered
Full name registrants
Number of remaining places

Some of this is supported, there is a attendee list that can be added to the event description using a shortcode and the registered/remaining values are available from within the ticket selector but not as a shortcode.

PART EXCHANGE INFORMATION
As part of events shared among several websites have the ability to share the list of registered an automated task in event in popular formats:
-xls
-CSV
-xml

Can you explain this further please?

Event Espresso does not currently allow you to export Registrants/Events from one site to another if that is what you are requesting. You can however export lists of registrations in CSV format.

Have you register to Test Drive Event Espresso 4? It may help if you register there to view the plugin and get to grips with how it works, you can then see if it will work for your events better.

For example on the sport event it can be have two compétitions with especially demands from the organiser like :
– Obligatory to have a licence sport
– Age range like youngers, adults, children or “seniors” olders or with minimum birthdate for participate.

You can do that, but if I’m understanding your question correctly you would need to manually select a specific question group depending on the event to include those questions for the user.

For the last question about exchange datas…
I wanna create an automatic cron from my website with this data “attendees details” and “attendees questions” for display it to another website…

That’s not something we support, but you can certainly developer that functionality yourself if you are comfortable doing so.

Just a last question
I found a code for atos developepped but right for the EE3 version, do you have some informations about this feature upgrade to EE4 or can i use it if i choose EE4 version or if you have some developpers from your circle can configure it ?
