I am having problems connecting the mobile app to my page. I need help getting through that. Also, we are having problems with during registrations with it returning to our page after they pay with a credit card at Authorize.Net. I need help working through that issue. I have purchased a support token and need to talk with someone immediately please. Thanks.
We received your priority support form, but you didn’t include FTP access. We’ll need FTP access to troubleshoot this. Can you resend the form and this time send the FTP information?
Since we cannot troubleshoot this issue over a phone call we are not going to call you, but we can find out what’s wrong and fix the problem if you can send FTP information via the redeem a support token form.
