Hi

I just updated the plugin over the weekend and the calendar page has several problems.

1. The category colors assigned through the category dashboard are not applying for the individual event listings on the calendar. They were before the update.

These colors are set it the EE category dashboard to match the legend at the top of the calendar. Any idea how to get this back?

2. The pop up event window isn’t displaying correctly. I had added a bit of custom css to set a fixed position, which is no longer working correctly.

.ui-tooltip:not(.ie9haxors) div.ui-tooltip-content, .ui-tooltip:not(.ie9haxors) div.ui-tooltip-titlebar {
filter: none;
position: absolute;
top: -13.5em;
width:320px;
}

I’ve removed the code. The result is the pop up event information sometimes sit too high on the page and gets cut off at the top. Can you recommend a fix for this?

So two problems. 1. All categories on calendar are blue and 2. when there is alot of info in the pop-up event box it gets cut off at the top. Is there a way to control the amount of text that shows up in the pop up, like an excerpt?

Hi there,

The new calendar has some new features and with that, new settings. Please review your calendar settings and make sure that the “Enable CSS for Categories” is set to Yes.

There is also a new “Tooltip Position” setting that lets you change where the tooltip is located in relation to the event. Right now it’s set to display in relation to the event’s center, but you can change the setting to move the tooltip to one side or below the event.

Thanks Josh, that worked. Any. THere were quite a few CSS design tweaks that I made to get things back after the update. Hoping this is a one time event. I missed your comment yesterday. I like the addition of having some control over the tooltip. Is it possible to put a second person on the auto responder?

Yeah, it is. There’s a field in the event options where you can add another email address.
