Need help to figure out how to setup this conference

I have a conference I am setting up for a client. I need to know before I buy EE4 if it will work.

Scenario:

The conference is 2 days with set times for each day. The client wants to be able to have 2 types of tickets. One ticket that is for individual people to signup and the second is a group table registration for 9 people.

Now, I just need someone to help walk me through how to do this because I tried out the demo and couldn’t figure it out.

Can someone catch me on skype or anything?

Hi Alex,

How are you today?

You can configure the individual tickets as normal.

For the groups…

1) If you need to have a set price for nine people then take a look at Ticket Bundling: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/create-ticket-bundle/ which lets people buy nine seats at once for one price.

2) If you want to let people purchase a range of tickets say from 5-9 seats for a discount price of each ticket then look at Graduated Pricing: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/set-graduated-ticket-pricing/

Maybe, for the group registration, they require all of the personal information for EACH attendee to be filled out upon registration. Is that possible for the Ticket bundle?

Hi Alex,

Yes. You can choose whether or not you want to require information for each person. This is set in the event setup.

Ok, so all this is doable in EE4? Without any add-ons? This conference for a ladies conference that’s non profit. So for 1 site it would be $49?

Hi Alex,

To double-check, you would like to offer some tickets in a bundle and require that each registrant share their information?

If so, that is possible with Event Espresso 4 and no add-ons are required.

You would need to enable the question groups for additional attendees through the event editor (bottom right area of page). Then save changes.

Ok, I am now trying to edit my event. I purchased EE4.

1. Hide the date
2. Change the order of how the even page looks, how can I do this? I want the description on the top and the tickets on the bottom.
