We are currently using a company called Vanco Services for our payment gateway which does not interface with your software. I was wondering how I could find out how much you would charge to write a custom interface that would work with Vanco.

How are you today?
The cost for a new gateway implementation is $1,000, paid up front, which is good for 10 hours of development time (enough to cover most gateways) and includes the Business License of Event Espresso. If there are problems or additional development is needed beyond the first 10 hours, those will be billed at $65/hr, due on completion and you’ll be notified in advance if the situation requires more time. The development will take 2-3 weeks to complete once we get started.
Since you already have a support license we can give you a discount code to discount our product for the value of the Business License. That means the payment gateway service would be about $821. Does that make sense and help?
