What is the best way to add an event when we have Summer camps that span over 4 days? We want to have a list view of the camps on a separate page where they can register as well as show them on the calendar view.
So for example: June 13-16 is Beach Vacation theme, June 20-23 is Storybook theme….. We want to be able to group them in a Summer Camp category or something…
We want to collect a $50 deposit for each one.

You create an event for each camp, then assign each of the events to the Summer Camp category. Then you put a short code on a page that has:
[ESPRESSO_EVENTS_TABLE_TEMPLATE category_slug=summer-camp category_filter=false table_search=false]
