All my courses have 5 people in them. I have an event on April 13-16 i’m having issues with. You can see it online @ https://immersionfreediving.com/pfi-intermediate-freediver-course/ EE has accepted 4 registrations and payments for the event EE says there are 3 spots left and the course is sold out. Because its incorrectly saying its sold out I had to sign up the last person outside of EE and took payment over PayPal and have his registration information in an email. I”m trying to accomplish 2 things. #1 I’m trying to add this person manually to EE but I can’t because the event is listed as sold out. #2 Once I add this this person I need EE to display on the calander that is sold out and there are no spots left. Currently its says its sold out and says there are 3 spots left. This is leading to lots of calls and emails for people trying to sign up. How do I make it says there are not spots left AND sold out. I’m sure I just need to change numbers in the quantity and limit field but I don’t know what to change them to. According to the attendee list 3 people paid the 695 fee and 1 paid the 795 fee. Any input would be greatly appreciated. |

just adding to be notified via email. |
Hi Ted, May I ask are you using PayPal Standard or PayPal Express? You can find out for sure by going to Event Espresso > Payment Methods, and check to see which payment method is activated there. |

Josh I’m not using pay pal at all through Event expresso. What i’m saying is since EE says the course is sold out when its not sold out, I had to accept payment directly through PayPal(not through EE or my website) Then I had to get him to email me all his registration data and I’m trying to add it into EE but I can’t because the course is incorrectly listed as sold out. |

So here is the issue. The calendar displays https://flic.kr/p/RWQTuz Sold out yet 3 spots left. Why is that? You can see my attended data @ https://flic.kr/p/SXzoHF When I look at EE attendee data there are 4 successful payments/registrations. Why is it saying that is sold out. It is only aware of 4 sold spots. Why is it saying there are 3 spots left? |

I have a second ongoing issue. How do I make sold out course not sold out any more. This is happening on multiple events. I have documented on multiple occasions that if someone tried to register for a course and that makes the course sold out but they don’t complete the registration, then that ticket is not released. They happened just a few days ago creating another event that is listed as sold out that only has 4 paid people in it. Shouldn’t list sold out unless there are 5 people. |
Hi Ted, I mentioned in your other support thread that you should go to Event Espresso > Maintenance > Reset and click on the button that says “Reset Ticket and Datetime Reserved Counts”. Since you’re not using PayPal that will likely fix what’s wrong on your site. |
