HI guys !

Brent here. It’s been a while hope all is well in EE land.

Got a bit of an issue.

I am running an event for an external organisation. refer to the frans bosh seminar here

https://www.amsn.com.au/seminars/

When some of my delagates attempt multiple enrollments all we seem to be seeing at the back end is a repitition of the primary name. all other data seems to lost or not recorded.

Bit of an urgent situation as I have to run the seminar in 5 hours time. I have also sent login details to support email in case that helps.

kind regards,
Brent

Hi Brent,

Your not collecting any questions for additional registrants on that event – http://take.ms/QRGz3

You need to specify some question groups for additional registrants within the event editor, it’s the second set of options shown here – http://take.ms/1CBvc

Hi Brent,

I checked that seminar and EE is not set up to capture additional attendee information for that event.

Here’s how to fix that: You can go in and edit the event, then check the boxes next to the applicable question groups in the box for “Questions for Additional Registrants”. Then you update the event.
