My website is down today because of the following issues and need your help.
The error causing the site down. It’s a line of code inside event espresso.
[11-Feb-2019 14:35:53 America/New_York] PHP Warning: preg_match_all(): Compilation failed: invalid range in character class at offset 42 in /wp-content/plugins/espresso-https.1.0/espresso-https.php on line 425
[11-Feb-2019 14:35:54 America/New_York] PHP Warning: ucwords() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in /wp-content/plugins/eventespresso.tmp/class/pue/pue-client.php on line 80

This is line 425 preg_match_all(‘/\<(a|form)[^>]+[\'”]((http|https):\/\/[\/-\w\.#?=\+&;]+)[^>]+>/im’, $buffer, $matches);

i am loseing mony the longer my sit is down, please hurry

Hi Joseph,

PHP warnings do not cause a site to go down. Have you contacted your website host? They’ll be able to find out why the website went down.

If you have FTP access, you could delete the eventespresso.tmp folder, that may be an incomplete installation of EE3. Once that’s deleted you can reinstall Event Espresso 3.

Thanks josh, so far so good. Cant find where to reinstall, please advise
