Hi there,
That error usually means there are files missing from your install of Event Espresso and you’ll need to update/re-install manually using these steps:
https://eventespresso.com/wiki/how-to-upgrade-event-espresso/#ee4-manual-update
If that doesn’t fix please let me know.
