My free payment option doesn't save

My event has both paid and free options. Some people have pre-paid vouchers so I’d like to give them the option to pay $0.00 when they register. I have tried several times to add a “prepaid voucher” ticket option with $0 and 0% tax. Each time it says it has saved but when I go to test it the option isn’t there.

Am I doing something wrong? Thank you!

Hi,

Is the price saving in the admin event editor?

If not, when adding the price, are you entering 0 or 0.00? If just 0, try it with the trailing .00 as it seems to be a bit fussy about the format added.

If it is, can you advise if you have WP User Integration (Members) installed and active?

Hi Dean,

I was entering 0 and entering 0.00 worked! I did this for both the amount and percentage of tax. Thank you very much!
