I’ve updated to the latest releases of my EE4 plugins to try to resolve this issue, but one particular user is getting the “You have no events yet” event thought they do.
You mentioned that this is happening with one user. Was there email being used for any previous registrations under a different name?
If you go to Event Espresso –> Registrations –> Contact List and click on that contact, then does it show as unpublished? If so, then could you publish the contact and let us know if that helps?
Yes, the email address has been used under different names. I can’t see anywhere indicating a published/unpublished state on the contact list or within the contact though?
This can be prevented if they log in first before they register for an event.
