i’m sure i’m missing something obvious, but after purchasing a ticket there is no apparent page that shows “My Events”.
When i purchased, status is set to “pending”, but there is no information about this anywhere.
(as a sidenote, i received no emails with confirmation of purchasing either pending/complete etc).
So it would be great to know where the dedicated page is for “My Events” (guessing there is no shortcode anymore), and also trouble shooting on emails not sending/receiving.
This is the error message i’m receiving for emails (email is okay)
The following errors have occurred:
The email did not send successfully.
The WordPress wp_mail function is used for sending mails but does not give any useful information when an email fails to send.
It is possible the “to” address (matt@pencilstudio.com.au) or “from” address (matt@pencilstudio.com.au) is invalid.
If i do need this add-on is it compatible with Woo Subscriptions/Memberships as this is what i’m using for Membership.
I’m unsure at this time if there will be member/non-member pricing, so the first issue is allowing those who have purchased an event to be able to actually see what they’ve purchased.
