My contact lists

Hi, My website did a total crash and we had to delete it. Because of the crash I couldn’t at least grab my contact lists from Espresso. I can no longer afford espresso since my in person events are all cancelled but I’d like to know if there’s a way I can have my contact file? Thank you in advance.

Hi there,

All of your Event Espresso data is stored within your site’s database, we (EventEspresso.com) don’t have access to any of it other then if you give us access to your site and we then have the same access you do.

So we don’t have a ‘contact list’ we can send you as we simply don’t have any of that data.

Do you have a database backup from before the site was deleted/crashed? If so it may be possible to pull the data from that.
