Hi,

I’m creating a 3 day Motorcycle Tour event that has Multiple tickets format with a fixed price for each ticket

1. Full Single, is for 1 person – $700
2. Full Double, is for 2 persons, 2 Riders or 1 Rider & 1 Companion – $1300 for both
3. Food & Rides, is for 1 or 2 persons, 1 Rider or 1 Rider & 1 Companion – $450 for each
4. Sunday, is for 1 or 2 persons, 1 Rider or 1 Rider & 1 Companion – $100 for each

I know that I can create multiple tickets for each event but I did not find in the event creation page an option to specify the number of persons for each ticket type as buyers of tickets types 2, 3, 4 need to enter the 2nd person details.

If I set “Allow group Registrations” this will affect all the tickets even the Single Ticket.

The best way that I could see doing it would be to create 3 events: Full, Food & Rides, and Sunday. Set the group registration limit to 2 for each, and then use the volume discount to give the $100 off if you are registering 2 Full tickets. http://eetesting.info/EE_branch/event-registration/
You’ll need to create a category, such as “volumediscount”, add it to the Full event, then in the volume discount settings, tell it to only give the discount to events with that category. You’ll also need to use the development version of the volume discounts add-on, as there is a bug in the current version that will keep this from working properly.

Hi there,

Even though I did not specify that the event is a member only even, it keeps on showing that this is a members only event

Is the Require login for all events setting in Event Espresso>Member Settings set to Yes?

@josh, No it is not set to Yes
Anyway, I uninstalled and deleted anything related to Event Espresso, uploaded and reinstalled again, and it went ok. But even-tough the “Make autofilled fields editable” is set to no, it keeps on showing.

@sidney, I actually did not see the volume discount current version plugin to download, it is only available in the development area

You can download the dev version of the volume discounts add-on with this link.
