Hi,
I’m building a ticket system which has multiple date/times for one event and attendees can purchase tickets for more than one event.
When in the checkout, EE4 is asking for attendee details for each ticket.
Is there any way to streamline this, as 99.9% of the time, it will be one person signing up for all date/times.
Similarly, when multiple attendees are selected for the one ticket and multiple tickets are being purchased, attendee 1 in ticket 1 should be copied to attendee 1 in ticket 2 (currently shown as attendee 3) and attendee 2 in ticket 1 should be copied to attendee 2 in ticket 2 (currently shown as attendee 4)

Hi there,
So in your events, you only want the details for the ‘Primary Registrant’ and then all other tickets should use the primary registrant’s details?
EE will request details for each ticket if the event has question groups set for ‘additional registrants’ within the options, it’s the bottom section shown here: http://take.ms/1CBvc
If you make sure no question groups are selected for additional registrants on the events EE will not request those additional details.

Thanks. In this instance, it is a parent who’s doing the booking and a child/children who are attending.
So, for the Primary Registrant, I ask for the parent details in one form and child details in another. For additional registrants, I then ask for another set of child details.
