I LOVE the plugin. I’m all set to buy the developer license, but prior – I have one question to get clarified in regard to my requirement.

My requirement is as follows:

I have 2 types of tickets for a single event.

1. Individual Tickets
2. Group of 10 tickets

Now, I know individual ticket will anyways have it’s own ticket emailed. But, what I want to know is, if someone purchases a group of 10 ticket, will he receive 10 separate tickets with 10 different QR codes? Because that’s what I need.

Can I achieve this requirement from this plugin? If so, can you please brief me, so I can go ahead without any second thoughts.

Hi Fahadh,

The primary registrant would receive an email with links to the tickets. Additional attendees/registrants would also receive a confirmation email with their own tickets.

Thank you Lorenzo. It looks “almost” close to what I need. But, one more thing. What if the person booking doesn’t have other attendees details? Cant they select quantity and just bypass filling in their details while generating separate tickets for the chosen quantity?

Hi,

You can choose to not require additional attendee details (that’s set by you on a per event basis, the customer has no choice, so if you ask for attendee data they must supply the basics at the very least).

If you choose to not require the additional attendee data, then the primary attendee will be sent access to a ticket that has X number of uses. E.g. if they buy ten tickets, then their ticket can be scanned 10 times.

They could in theory print it off ten times, but as soon as it has been scanned X times it will become void.
