We would like to have a different ‘From’ EMail address for some events..
Currently I can only see a global value for email address under Message Settings. Is it possible to have different ‘From’ email addresses for ticket confirmations for different events?
In step 4, you’ll want to select the registrant or the primary registrant recipient and then change it from [CO_FORMATTED_EMAIL] to an email of your choice and then make any additional edits to the messages content and save changes.
You can then continue the tutorial to connect this custom template to an event.
Note that you’ll want to repeat the steps above for any events where you are wanting to change the FROM email.
