I have a question, we will “sell” a ticket to have access to a training day divided into 3 timetable with 3 training rooms at the same time. Can you recommend me or tell me the best way to do this?
The main issue is if each room have seat limits, so i want if one room is full make the user choose another room.
Tabletime A – (3 Rooms)
Tabletime B – (3 Rooms)
Tabletime C – (3 Rooms)
If i don’t have another option, i just will add a pre-form question for one ticket with drop options for each tabletime and make the limit seats manually in a local excel.
I hope this kind of questions can be post here.
If is necessary change the topic for best use in the future please let me know.

Hi Gabriel, the problem that you are running into is that a ticket option (pricing option) is set on a per-event basis. That is, a ticket option can’t retrieve quantities available across multiple events (e.g. event A, event B, event C).
What version of Event Espresso are you currently using?

Im using the latest one (4.7.2)
I was trying creating 3 events, (A, B, C) each one with 3 timetables (one per room); with this option i can handle the limit per room but the problem will be having a lot of registers and tickets for the same person.
Do you have any recommendation?

This is what i’m tryng right now
I hope exist a different way to do it.
With this option could be better if instead the drop options appear just a select radio to avoid select 2 tickets for the same HOURS.

Hi Gabriel, the multiple event registration add-on will allow your registrants to select multiple events and register for them at once instead of having to complete multiple registrations:
