When I add multiple shortcodes to a single page and one is sold out the event directly below does not allow a user to add it to the cart. I am using the EE4 Multiple Event Registration v2.0.9. plugin addon. ex – http://www.tahoesummercamps.com/tahoe-summer-camps-home/summer-camp-primitive-skills The error is not being shown here as I am manually adding the sold out at the moment. I can add a sample nonpublic page if needed to see the error.

Hello,

There is a Javascript error appearing related to a search overlay file:

http://cl.ly/3F3K3W0H2J3G

Was that something that you recently added?

Also, I’m able to add all of those events to the cart (using Safari on a Max). Could you resolve the JS error and then try testing again?

The JS error did nothing to correct the issue. Here is a sample page to display what occurs when I keep all shortcodes present. Notice the event directly below the sold out even has the qty box in a different location and when you try and add it to the cart the gear spins and nothing occurs.

Hi,

The Multiple Event Registration add-on uses JS to help with registrations so that is why I thought that the JS errors could be contributing.

I setup a similar test on a testing site and it looks like the ticket selector right after the sold out event is ending up in the same form code rather than there being one for each ticket selector.

I’ve created a bug ticket so we can get that fixed. Is the workaround that you are using that you are manually entering in text for “sold out?”

I am manually removing the shortcode after each camp is sold out however it would be nice to have an admin notification when an event is sold out of an event threshold notification when an event reaches a specific level. Either of those should be basic options especially since most basic ecommerce suites offer this out of the box. How can we effectively manage multiple event at once when we have no idea about their current status of registered attendees, other than checking the site from time to time.

Thanks for the feedback. You are invited to vote for and leave an additional comment for an admin notifications feature on its trello card:
