Hi there
We often sign up 10 people to events from one registration e.g. one person signs up a group of people. Is there a way to require that they put in 10 different names and email addresses etc, one for each person?

Thanks
Rob

Hi Rob,

That may be possible by adding some custom validation using jQuery or similar. Are they hitting the button that copies the form field values over to the other attendee registration forms? If so you could also remove that button by adding a blank file to your WordPress theme, then name that file copy_attendee_info.template.php.

I have no idea how to do that… could you offer some more specific guidance?

The link to sign up for an event is here – if you select multiple tickets, it only requires you to enter one email address and we want the person to enter as many names and email addresses as they buy tickets.

Thanks
Rob

Hi Rob,

Step 1: You go to edit the event
Step 2: You check the box next to “Personal Information” in the box that says “Questions for Additional Registrants”
Step 3: You click “Update”
Step 4: Repeat the above for other events.
