Multiple Show Details Question

Greetings,

Is it possible to configure the system so that on a ticket selector screen if they select “show details +” for a second item that it automatically hides the details on the first item that they selected a “show details +” on?

I am trying to prevent an end-user from expanding the details on more than one ticket at a time as it poses some cosmetic issues with a background image I am using.

Yes, it is possible using a little jQuery, for example:
