We have a “multiple registration” where the single contact has all the registrations on their name. Yes, the “Questions for Additional Registrants” did not have the Question Group “Personal Information” turned on.
I am just asking if there is a way to separate these into new contact records.
Is there a back end method to split these out into separate registrations paid for by that one initial contact?
If you go to a registration that is not the primary registration and edit that, look at the ‘Contact info’ on the top right.
Does it have a ‘Create Contact’ button? If so EE can break out the registration onto a new contact.
Clicking that button will break relationship the registration has to the primary contact and sets it onto its own contact, it will initially be a duplicate of the original contact so make sure you edit the details on the page that loads when you click the button.
