Hi Guys I am having a small issue, using the plugin for golf booking so in essence I have a golf event and probably about 40 different tee off times per event with 10 minute intervals. I have set the multiple registrations for each time slot to 4 persons (for a fourball), however if I add 3 players and go back to the event it says 1 space available and If I go to book that last slot its still allowing me to toggle another 4 attendees on top of the last slot which is going to result in overbooking on that time slot. Am I missing something or is there something else I need to do ? Kind Regards Steve

Hello Steve,
Have you turned on “Use registration limits on time slots?” in General Settings? Just change it to “Yes”. That should allow you to do what you are wanting. One thing to note is that Admin registrations may not update the limits.

Yes I have that turned on and each time slot is set to 4 people, yet when I register 3 persons and 1 slot is left and I go to book that slot I can still toggle up to 3 more attendees.

Ahh ok I get you, if im logged in as admin I will be able to see more attendees toggle in the event registration?

Sadly I tried doing it as a normal customer and I am still able to add more than 4 people per time slot limited to 4 in event settings?

Hi,
I would strongly advise you to update your version of Event Espresso, as you are running an older version and we have had bug fixes since that point.
We are aware of a potential issue with this as it is an experimental feature, we have a developer ticket raised to look into it.
Updating may well fix it for you though as some people report no issues whilst a few people have reported a similar bug.
