When I set up a multiple registration ticket prices it calculates in the first screen but when I go to enter attendee information and then checkout, the amount shown is only calculating the first price point – adult prices only and not the other prices for the other ticket prices.

Hi Beth,

Can you go in to edit the event where this is happening, and edit the description in text view. When you go to edit the [ESPRESSO_CART_LINK] shortcode, please make sure that there isn’t any <pre> tags before and after the shortcode.

Hi – Thank you.
I did remove the

tags and am still having the issue.
In the checkout it only calculates for the first category and not for the remaining categories. If I skip the first category then it calculates only the first one selected. Please help!

Hi, could you update to the latest version of Event Espresso 3?

https://eventespresso.com/wiki/change-log/

Next, were there recently any changes to the site? For example, trying out new plugins? If so, try briefly testing with only Event Espresso running and other plugins deactivated.

If the issue goes away, then reactivate a few plugins at a time and then retest again. Repeat these steps until you find the source of the conflict.

Hi,
I have an issue with my theme and my WP site so I am afraid to go to the newest version of Event Espresso because it may crash my site.
Is there anything else that I can do other than upgrade to the newest format?

Hi, you do not need to upgrade to Event Espresso 4 at this time. We are recommending updating to the current release of Event Espresso 3.

There were some fixes for compatibility with the recent WordPress security releases.

If you are unable to do that, then could you test with only Event Espresso running to rule out a conflict with another plugin on your site?
