Hi I’ve tried to search previous ‘pre-sales’ questions… but upon trawling through some of them they are tailored questions to their needs etc. I have a project at the moment where I have 5 events – events are repeated yearly. The 5 events have 5 different registration forms to fit different qualifications and criteria, I assume this is possible? Also, is there a way to have multiple attendees, but if there is another attendee, they have to fill out a form again and so forth, its important that the event organisers get the correct details for each attendee (hope that makes sense). Many thanks for your time. Andy |

Hi Andy, To clarify you have 5 events each with 1 form but different questions? If so then yes it is very much possible to do. The plugin uses questions and question groups, so you can mix and match questions in different groups and allocate 1 or more question groups to individual events, allowing you to have flexibility on what gets asked for each event. Regarding attendees, again yes, multiple attendees is possible, it is currently labelled attendee groups. You have lots of options here, you can ask for no details of the extra attendees, partial details or full blown questions. You can even determine which question groups the primary attendee (the one that fills it all out and pays) is asked and what the additional attendees are asked, on a per event basis. |

HI Dean Brilliant response time thank you. There’s probably 3 different fields on each event form, the rest are the standard address, postcode etc etc. I assume these questions can be ‘required’ rather than just skipped. Sorry, but I have one/two last questions (I think) – I guess the forms can be open to ‘guests’ of the site and don’t have to register as a wordpress user? Other than that, I know every install is different, do you know if there are any conflicts with WP-Ecommerce and WP-Emember plugins? Thanks Andy |

Hey, Yes individual questions can be marked as required when creating the question. User registration is not required for a person to sign up to an event, but having registered users can be beneficial in some some ways (member discounts etc), it depends on what you need. Here is our known conflict list https://eventespresso.com/wiki/known-third-party-plugin-theme-conflicts/, yours dont appear to be on there. Of course conflicts can happen, thats the nature and risk of open source software, but generally these things can be worked through. Most of the conflicts we see with plugins is down to javascript. |

Hi Dean I really appreciate your time in answering my questions. Will have a play with the demo, and take it from there. Thanks again. Andy |
