Multiple Registration Emails

Hey gang, over the past few weeks I’ve been noticing that upon registration an email goes out, as per design, but then about an hour later an additional one is sent to the site admin & the attendee.

This is causing attendees to email in because they think maybe they got charged 2x for their tickets.

Hi there Adam, would you happen to be using Mijireh or an offsite payment method? If so, we are currently looking into this issue.

1) Please deactivate your version of Event Espresso 4 through your WordPress plugins screen in your WP dashboard

2) Click on the following link which will download a prior version of Event Espresso 4 to your computer:

3) Return to your WP Plugins screen and then upload and activate the version that you just downloaded

We’ll update your support post as soon as we have verified a fix and then you’ll be able to update to the current release.

@lorenzo – Yes, we are using Mijireh. I think if a future release is going to get this, I’m OK just leaving it and telling people “we’re working on it.”
