Hi. I’m using EE4 and having difficulties getting a list of registrants for an event which includes those that were registered as ‘additional registrants’ when someone makes a booking.
When someone books an event and they enter the details of the primary registrant/attendee and then also add two other people as ‘additional registrants’ all three bookings seem to go through correctly but when you click on the ‘Registrants’ link of the relevant event, you just see the primary registrant listed three times and it’s only when you open each of them and scroll down the information in the page that you see the ‘additional registrant name’ correctly. However as mentioned they’re not listed in the list of registrants and so they cannot be exported as a cvs and they’re not in the contacts list and so they can’t be checked in easily either. Your help would be much appreciated.

That means you’re using custom questions to capture those additional ‘additional registrants’.
For them to show up ‘real’ additional registrations within EE you need to request the ‘Personal Information’ question group for additional registrants on the event.
EE can’t ‘fix’ the current registrants you have in the system, but you can create real additional registrants from here on in by updating your events and selecting at least the above for additional registrants. That’s way if a user selects 3 tickets, 3 sets of information will be collected and the correct registrants/contacts created.
