About 75% of the time when we have parents who sign up multiple children for events only one name comes through and only for one event. How can we fix this?
Our site url is http://www.breakwaterschoolregistration.org. We’re running EE 3 and it’s up to date. We also have the add-on Multi-Event Registration activated and up to date.
Hey Lorenzo! I spoke to the folks in the registration office and they don’t have any technical clue that the registrations are missing…they just know their customers well enough to know that there is an issue. For example, I signed both my kids up for a Chorus class. When they saw two registrations for chorus come through, they knew I was trying to register two kids, but only the name of one shows up. They knew enough to call me.
I can reproduce the issue. It happened when I signed up my own kids. Any insight you can provide is appreciated.
Do both the registrations show in the attendee list?
