In EE3, some of our classes have two prices, one for class without manual and the other for class without manual. I have not been successful in figuring out how to implement that in EE4. Is there a recommended method for doing so?
I thought about that but a)we don’t know how many signups will have manuals and b)we have to control the total number of tickets sold (only 10 – 16 people allowed per class) and I don’t see a way to have a “total” aggregated between the two of them. Is there another option?
You don’t need to know how many people will not have a manual.
The limit set on the datetime those 2 ticket types are assigned to is the overall limit, meaning you can have a combination of any tickets up to the limit set on the datetime. You may sell 10 of one and 6 of the other. 16 of one, 8 and 8 etc.
OK, so on your example, even those the “QTY” on each of the ticket types is 20, the aggregate total is the “20” set for the date/time above. And that would mean that whenever the combined total of the “with manual” and “without manual” reaches 20, ticket sales would stop, correct?
