We seem to have an issue where we have a lot of pending payments for every event, some times there are as many as valid bookings. We’ve had people contact us to also say that they’ve received a valid booking confirmation followed by another email saying that payment was not complete.
Is it possible to stop bookings from being taken unless the payment has been confirmed, or do you know if there is anything we can check or do to limit these coming in?

I just want to confirm did you receive both the booking complete and the payment failed message for a single booking?
If so then can you please go to EE > messages and there you can check the message and share a screenshot of the booking complete and the payment failed message of the same booking so that we can check further.
