Multiple Options for the same event

I have one event/conference that users will sign up for. What is the best way to list all options (14 total) that are available. Some options are FREE and some cost money. Each option has a drop-down where they can select 0, 1, or 2.
Here is an example:
Full Conference Registration – $180
Hospitality Night – Free
Spouses Luncheon – Free
Golf Tournament – $100
Airport Transportation – $7
and so on… for a total of 15

I had created 15 tickets all on one page. On the registration page when someone registered, it listed 37 ‘Attendee’ blocks because that is how many total options were selected. The Attendee list should have just list ‘Attendee 1’ and ‘Attendee 2’. Am I missing something?

Hi there,

When using tickets as additional ‘add-on’ items like this it basically limits you down to 1 registration at a time, otherwise, you end up in the situation you mentioned above with XX number of ‘attendees’ (which aren’t actually attendees).

You can do this in a couple of ways, the first is using the above but you need to uncheck all of the question groups for ‘Additional Registrants’ on the event, so edit the event and on this section:

Make sure nothing is selected for the bottom section.

That means that EE will only ask for a set of attendee questions once, on the primary registrant but it also means that every registration can basically only be for a single person.

Will that work for you?

Note the other option requires a 3rd party add-on called the Price Modifier Add-on available HERE.

That add-on basically allows you to set values on questions asked on the registration form. So rather than add-in the options as additional tickets, you add them as question on the form for the user to select from.

Thanks Tony! The first option worked perfect since most registrants are husband/wife. Any special requests can go in the Notes field I created.
