Multiple Levels of Discount Pricing

Currently in EE using the Volume Discounts plugin I can create 1 discount level ( register 2 people and save 10%) however I’d like to create other levels of discount… for example:
– register 3-5 people, save 15%
– register 6+ people, save 20%

Is this possible is some way in EE3 and if not can I do this in EE4?

I believe the EE3 volume discounts add-on can only do one discount tier. With EE4 you can set up multiple tiers of volume discount pricing with ticket bundles:
