We have the MER add-on. We have an event that is $10.00 for some and free for infants under 12 months, but it requires a ticket. Families will be adding quantities of BOTH to their cards. The MER add-on should handle this, but it is not.
With the registration form ON, a user can choose from EITHER the $10 or the free but cannot choose quantities of both, which is a problem. We turned the form OFF and then added the following shortcode to the event, which does show the Register for Event lanugage. However, once we click on the Register for Event, it changes to View Cart and nothing is in the cart nor does it prompt the user to choose the types of tickets and quanitties for the events. We have temporarily turned the registration form back on so at least they can register for something.

As far as I can see on that link, there is no ESPRESSO_CART_LINK shortcode. It’s only in the shopping cart process where attendees can add tickets of different price values to the cart. The regular registration form only allows a single ticket type to be purchased.
