Is there anyway to combine the list say for 1 weekend?

Saturday and Sunday into one excel sheet?

Event Espresso doesn’t have a feature that will do this automatically, so I can suggest merging the contents of the two reports into one using the copy/paste feature of your favorite spreadsheet application.
