Hi,
Is it possible, with or without add-on multiple event registration, to add manually a register in Event Espresso admin and assign him several event ?

Hi there,

Not from within the admin, no.

You can use the Multi Event Registration add-on and add the registrations to multiple events on the front end, but not from the admin at this time.
