I have an event with two different options for purchase. One ticket is for attending the main event. The other is for an optional dinner cruise. When someone selects both tickets and then checks out, they get the question groups I’ve set up twice. How can I make it so they only see the question groups one time?
When you set up your event in Event Espresso, you can choose which questions to ask the Primary Registrant (first person ticket), and the Additional Registrants (second and subsequent tickets). If you want to collect information for each ticket purchased, select the questions for the Additional Registrant. If you do not want to ask questions for each ticket, disable question groups for the Additional Registrants:
Thanks Garth. There are some times where I need that additional registrant information (such as when a participant is registering more than themselves) and the client was hoping for a more elegant solution.
