Multiple duplicate, blank and locked venues after upgrading from 3.X to 4.2.9

I see this has been reported by a couple of other folks, but the solution was always given in private emails.

I would like to start over with NO venues. Can you tell me how to get rid of all current venues?

If you need login credentials, just let me know.
