I have 7 registration forms up on my website and I would like to offer a couple of different discount codes to registrants. I have set 2 different codes up in the “Promotional Codes”. Each code is titled differently, and each gives the registrant the availability for a 10% discount. However, when I register on the form it gives the option of a “Promo Code” and a “Voucher Code”, and I put each individual one in the separate boxes, it only allows me to use one and says the other is invalid. Is there something I need to click to allow for multiple discounts? Why does one say “Promo Code” and the other say “Voucher Code”?
So I figured out that the “Voucher code” means Groupon, so I have turned that off… what I still need is the ability to have more than one “Promotional code” available per registrant.
Unfortunately at this time only one promotional code can be used per registration.
