I have 4 events on my website. I tested the registration for 2 people at event #1 and 1 person at event #2. The attendee information comes up for event #1 and does NOT come up for the event #2. What can I do?

If I register multiple people for different events it looks like it only asks for the first event registration names.
Test case #1 – registered for 3 different events – 4 total people. The system asked me for the first 2 event names for 3 people and did not ask for the 4th.
Test case #2 – registered 4 people for one event. The system is asking me for just one name.
Test case #3 – registered 1 person each for 4 different dates for same event. It is only asking me for one registration.
It looks like it is treating each event as a one registration only when there are multiple dates per event.
I looked at all of the plug ins and themes. They are the same as my other site that is running EE. I don’t run multiple events on the other site so I can’t test it until later in the weekend when I can add another event to try it.

Hi Laurie,
It seems you are using the “Multi-event registration” addon.
So basically, EE will use the ‘first’ event to determine which group should display for the primary registrant
For the additional registrant, that may be the same, and still use the first event questions.
So can you please test by activating the questions for Additional Registrant: https://tinyurl.com/2cmrymoo
However, I’ve already created a ticket regarding the above for our developers to check.

Yea! I thought I only had to turn that on one time. You have to set it for each event! It worked. Thanks! What a great way to end a Friday afternoon – with a win!
