I have a few questions before settling on EE4 for our website.
(1) we need to be able to allow one person to register multiple attendees, with only first and last name and a few other customizable fields required for each additional attendee.
(2) We need to be able to sell additional options to each registration (drinks, donations)
The attached screenshot shows the information we currently collect. Is this all possible with EE4?

You can collect various information for additional attendees. A name and an email address is required and you can collect additional information as needed:

Thanks. Do the email addresses for the additional attendees need to be unique? ie. is it possible to use the same email address for each additional attendee?
One last question – does each attendee become a separate entry in the attendees table?

The email addresses do not need to be unique. The same applies for the name for the additional registrants.
There is a toggle that lets you use the primary registrant’s information for each additional attendee.
The primary attendee and additional registrants are clustered together in the registrations overview table:
