I need to have various registrants for a large University Hospital do this: |
Hi, thanks for your interest in Event Espresso. Event Espresso does not currently have form logic to send notifications to a specific event admin. By default, all admins would have access to approving registrants/attendees. — |

Thank you….your Demo also does not let me connect my customized registration form to the specific event…how do I do this? I will go read the documentation but am curious about this. |
Hello again, I believe your are referring to enabling custom question groups on a per event basis. This is done through the event editor (bottom right area of screen): http://cl.ly/image/1U3S373V0A2b If you are not, then could you share a screenshot? https://eventespresso.com/wiki/troubleshooting-checklist/#screenshots — |

THank you Lorenzo…one question…is there an option for a person to simply register w/o showing the Tickets menu? I disallowed the ticket menu but could not locate the place to register unless the ticket menu was showing? |
|
Hi, No there isn’t as the ticket selector is needed, disabling it will stop registrations from happening for that event. |

Hi Carolyn, we can change the messaging to something else by using a gettext filter. For example, it could be changed to say registration, course, class, etc. Thanks — |

Thank you; I assume the “gettext” function is related to another plug in or via basic programming knowledge? I will investigate…if you know a link explaining this function and how it related to the registration plug in all the better. |
Hi, we could provide you with some a sample function that would change it. We would just need to know what you would like it changed to. This sample function could then be added to a child themes functions.php file or a site specific plugin. Hope that helps! — |

Thank you…Once last thing before I present this solution is : how do I display this on a calendar…I just set up the “de caff” plug in on my wordpress site but have not caffeinated it yet. Is the calendar display in the demo a WordPress separate plug in Or part of the plug in iteself? |
Hi, the calendar is available as an add-on in our store: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/events-calendar-add-on/#ee4setup — |
