Anything we can look at data-wise? Or is this program related? |
|
Tony, Any suggestions here? From looking at the data this appears to be program related, it isn’t displaying correctly in all places. |

Hi there, My apologies for not replying here, I’ve been trying to reproduce this and discussing it with the developers so there’s been a bit of back and forth in the background…. which you won’t know about when I don’t update the thread! So again, my apologies. So, in short, I need to take a look at this if possible. It looks like there’s multiple issues all going on at once but I suspect its all related to what we call line_items. I’m thinking that moving the registration(s) messed up at least one line_item (which obviously isn’t expected) and that has a ripple effect throughout the transaction. (Line_items are what make up the transaction, they add all the relations within the transaction and point to which item/registration/price applies to what/where. So something wrong in line items can do some weird and wonderful things as they are the ‘base’ object worked on for a transaction). Would you be ok with me cloning the site locally so I can view this and see whats going on in the database with line items? |

Tony, Thanks, appreciate that. I have to get permission to get the data over and they are out this week, so might be a few days, but will let you know. |

Tony, Got the go ahead. Is a private reply with a link to the DB dump similar to the video good or is there a better way to get it to you? |

Tony, Any update, just wondering if you were able to find anything. Thanks |
|
Tony, Is there any additional info we could provide to determine the issue? |
