Multi Tier Discount Pricing

Does EE4 offer the ability to create multiple levels of discount pricing. So for instance:
– register 2 people, save 10%
– register 3-5 people, save 15%
– register 6+ people, save 20%

I know I can do this for 1 tier in EE3 but not for more than that.
