I am selling tickets as: Individual, Table of 4, Table of 8 and Table of 15. I put the total number of tickets to sell at 300. I made each of the other tickets as different amounts. The Table of 15 was set to sell 20 table tickets. However, after the first table sold (the dropdown was 0 and 15) it listed it as 15 tickets and then listed it as sold out. I’ve gotten around it by making all the different ticket quantities 300 and the total tickets as 1000 – but that is probably not the best solution. Can you tell me how I should set up the event in the future? |

I assume you created 3 tickets and it is connected with one datetime? That is possible too, but you have to control it here. https://monosnap.com/file/X0C8WhIwKE7wUgeeJsWHn0AScpZoFP the other option is each ticket connected to a datetime. thanks. |

It was one datetime with several different options to buy tickets. |

Hi there, OK, so think of the Datetime as the ‘instance’ of the event and the tickets giving access to the Datetime(s) they are set onto.
You set that as the Qty on the Datetime?
Can you explain this further, please?
20 table tickets? Every ticket selected in the ticket selector creates a registration. Are you expecting 1 ticket selected for the ’20 Table ticket’ to be classes as a full table of 20 registrants? If so, that’s not how EE works.
It depends on where you are setting those values. I would set the Datetime limit as 300 Then it depends on how many of each of the above ticket types you want to see out of those 300 but if you want users to be able to select a combination of any of those tickets they would all need to be set to 300. —- Can you link me to the event in question to view your setup? |
